What do I need to open an account?

To open an account with us you do not need a social security number and you only need to provide two things at the time of application 1) An official ID: it can be your country's passport, matricula consular or voting card. 2) Proof of address: electricity bill, or an official letter. This is where we will send you your card - that's it!

How do I apply for an account?

It's easy! Download our iPhone or Android app where you can submit a photo of your documents to complete your application. If you have questions along the way, we'll be available by chatting in the app or call us at (877) 842 - 6686.

How do I add money to my account?

Best of all, there are over 1,000 ATMs at Walgreens and CVS where we don't charge you to deposit money. Plus, you can easily receive money through Zelle. You can also ask your employer to deposit your paycheck directly into your account. Or if you prefer, you can deposit checks from the app or make wire transfers from other accounts.
